What's new in the latest version
Among other new features
added to this new version are:
In the team properties, you can customised the jersey by clicking on EDIT button which
open JEd. Not only that, JEd can save extra information on the jersey i.e. the preset
colors. As such, in the TEAM properties, you can simply select the preset colors by
clicking on the button, if available.
You will also see a new
DUPLICATE option on the very right. You will find the new capability of FEd98 will
enhanced your creativity.

A lot of
new features including ability to print player stats, comparing original team with
patches, commentary check box, renaming league name, and of course bug tweaking. There is
more, I leave it to you to find out.
We have prepared two type of
downloadable files, a full version and upgrade package
Full version is quite big,
around 1.7Mb.
The upgrade package
file-size is quite small, about 453Kb.
If you don't have previous
version, please be advise to download both full version (v1.0 b4) and
this latest upgrade.

It is now
Version 1.0 Build 4 (yes we skip Build 3, it's for our internal testing)
The latest build 4 file size
is quite big, 1,683,266 bytes (1.7 Mb).
It include 34 BMP format
pictures that follow the number of original jersey files. This is to make your life
easier.
Installation is also easy,
with InstallShield.
The first time you run
FEd98, it will create BACKUP directory and copy three DBI files: FCDB.DBI, FCDB_ENG.DBI
and FCDBPENG.DBI.
These three files are the
files FEd98 will manipulate or change if you select save option. So, backup is necessary
in case you want to restore.
We also provide an update
files for those who already download previous build. The size is just 144,078
bytes (144 Kb). |
