What is FISOM Edit ?
First of all FISOM Edit stands for FIfa
SOccer Manager EDITor. It is an unofficial editor for FIFA Soccer Manager. It is also
Freeware, which means that it costs $0.00. What could be better ? We're giving you
something for free.
But what can I do with it
?
You can swap players from any team to
any other team; you can swap teams from any league or division to any other league or
division; you can change the player's name, surname, shirt number, all the player's
abilities, the player's nationality, and much much more. If you want to know more download
it, and you'll discover it's powers by yourself.
Does this mean that I can
add more leagues ?
Well, yes and no. You can't add a new
league. You can just replace one. For example you can replace your local league (if you
know the players, rosters and so on) with a league that has the same number of teams in
it.
So can I edit Jerseys and
Stadiums ?
No, sorry. FISOM Edit is not a graphics
editor. It's just a league/team/player editor.
Will I be able to play my
old saved games after I've edited something ?
No. This is one of the limitations of
FISOM Edit that cannot be fixed. You can try, but usually everything will be messed up,
and finally the game will crash.
Does this editor has to do
anything with EA Sports ?
No not really. EA didn't have any part
in the idea/programming of this editor, but if EA Sports didn't do FIFA Soccer Manager,
FISOM Edit wouldn't exist, and there would be more unhappy people on the world.
Can I give FISOM Edit to
my friends ?
Yes, you can give it to your friends,
to your teachers, to your parents, to your relatives, to your enemies and even to
strangers that you bump with them in the street. Just make sure that when you give it to
someone else, you'll leave the Editor in one piece and leave all the documentation and
credits where they are.

What should I do if I find a
bug ?
Do the same thing. Just post a message
on the FIFA Soccer Manager Forum so that the bug
could be taken in consideration and fixed if possible.
But why can't I just e-mail
you or the programmer of FISOM Edit ?
There are more than one reason why.
First, when you post a message on the FIFA Soccer Manager Forum, a couple of hundreds of
people will read your problem and if they know it they'll answer you. If you email someone
only he will read the email, so if he doesn't know the solution you will still have
problems. Another reason is that if you have a problem and the solution is posted on the
forum, other people that may have the same problem would be able to solve their problem.
